About

A new category of creative studio.

Leonard Harvey exists because the old model can no longer carry the ambition of the businesses we work with. The tools have collapsed the cost of production. Taste, judgement and restraint are now the moat.

Why we exist

To build what the old model could not.

For a generation, ambitious work was rationed by budget, calendar and headcount. Founders and leadership teams learned to want less than they were capable of — because the production model could not carry more.

That constraint has lifted. The work once reserved for global brands is now within reach of any business with a clear point of view — provided someone is willing to hold the standard while the tools do the lifting.

Leonard Harvey was built to be that someone. A production house for the post-agency era, run by people who care about the result more than the process that produced it.

The Standard

Six things we hold to be true.

Tenet / 01

Impossible is now affordable.

What once required a network of agencies, studios and vendors now resolves inside one production house — at a price the ambitious can act on.

Tenet / 02

New Zealand's AI Production House.

Built in Aotearoa, for businesses that intend to compete beyond it. A studio designed for this moment, not retrofitted into it.

Tenet / 03

A Creative Intelligence Company.

Not an agency. Not a SaaS tool. A new category — fusing creative, artificial, human and commercial intelligence into one practice.

Tenet / 04

Founder-powered.

Every engagement is led personally. No layers between the work and the judgement shaping it. The standard is set in the room, not in a deck.

Tenet / 05

Taste beats technology.

Anyone can generate. Few can edit. The work that compounds is shaped by restraint, point of view and the discipline to leave things out.

Tenet / 06

The standard.

We hold a line on craft, on commercial usefulness and on the company we keep. Politely — but without exception.

Founder Note

"We are not here to make more content. We are here to help ambitious businesses do the work they have always known they were capable of — and to hold the standard while we do it."

— Leonard Harvey, Founder

If the standard is right, let's talk.
